These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and enquiries or services requested from Tejas Elevators for elevator installation, maintenance, AMC, modernization and repair work.

By using this website, submitting an enquiry or accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms unless a written quotation, work order, AMC agreement or contract signed by Tejas Elevators states otherwise.

  • You must not misuse the website, submit false enquiries, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with website security.
  • Service descriptions, images and content are indicative and may be updated without prior notice.

Quotations and Service Scope

  • Final pricing, timelines and scope depend on site inspection, technical requirements, material availability, building conditions and written quotation terms.
  • Any extra work outside the approved scope may require additional charges and revised timelines.
  • Verbal discussions do not replace written quotation, purchase order, AMC agreement or service confirmation.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate site details, contact information, building access, electrical access and required permissions.
  • Ensure safe working access for technicians, including machine room, shaft, pit, terrace, panel and lift areas where required.
  • Do not allow unauthorized persons to tamper with elevator equipment, controller, doors, wiring, safety devices or machine room systems.
  • Inform Tejas Elevators immediately about breakdowns, unusual sounds, leveling issues, water leakage, fire, power faults or safety concerns.

Payments, AMC and Cancellations

Payment terms, advance amounts, taxes, service charges, AMC frequency and renewal terms will be mentioned in the applicable quotation, invoice or agreement. Work may be paused or rescheduled if payments, site access, materials, approvals or safety conditions are not available. Cancellation or rescheduling charges may apply where manpower, materials or travel have already been arranged.

Warranty and Exclusions

Warranty, if applicable, will be limited to the items and period stated in the written quotation or invoice. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repair, power issues, water damage, fire, accidents, wear and tear, third-party work, structural defects, lack of maintenance or conditions beyond Tejas Elevators' control.

Safety and Emergency Work

Elevator work involves safety-critical equipment. Emergency response and repair timelines depend on technician availability, travel conditions, access, parts availability, power supply and site safety. Customers must stop use of any lift that appears unsafe until it is inspected by a qualified technician.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tejas Elevators will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, business interruption, loss of profit, delays caused by third parties, force majeure events or unsafe site conditions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All website text, branding, design, images and content belong to Tejas Elevators or their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse website material for commercial purposes without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the appropriate courts or forums having jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless a written contract states otherwise.
